Front Passenger Air Bag/Seat Belt Sensitivity
Just wondering if anybody else was experiencing an over sensitive Front Passenger Air Bag/Seat Belt sensor ? I can't place anything on the passenger seat without the air bags turning on and the seat belt reminder going off. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity ? Thanks, Kevin

My CA gave me a spare seat belt buckle that I put in there sometimes. Otherwise just start getting in the habit of putting stuff in the trunk/glovebox or you can get it coded to not chime.

They always seem over sensitive.
My laptop sets mine off in my work truck (toyota hilux) so it's not just BMW |

Can't say I stick much on the pax seat, since it typically gets chucked off if I want to drive a little spirited.. I think the best fix is as above, plug the seatbelt in, or get a spare plug. You can of course disable the airbag using the key I think in the glovebox, but don't believe that will stop the gong from the belt
