Don't you have VSS or DDC? Thought all the m-sport had those switches.

Beautiful car, grattis ! Vad har du för däck på bilen?
Not this subject again! You only get the normal - sport - sport switch with DDC. DDC comes only with VSS or VDC on the xDrive20d. Doesn't matter if it's an M Sport or not. M Sport is mostly aesthetic

I think..... it's the 3.0D when you get VSS and Performance Control with M Sport.

Doesn't matter if it's 3.0 or 2.0, the content of the M-sport package is the same. And it includes Performance Control but not VSS. It's a separate additional option.

It must be a UK only thing then, VSS is included here with M Sport for the 3.0D.

Just checked....it's looks like the 2.0D gets VSS in the UK also but the UK brochure I got yesterday says it's only on the 3.0D - but I don't suppose you care about UK specs or brochure errors!

Just checked some more - the UK configurator shows VSS on the 3.0D M Sport but not on the 2.0D M Sport or the 3.0D SE.

Sorry about that. I thought it was the same in all (European) regions, because M-sport first appeared on the UK configurator and I spent quite a lot of time playing around there, and I was quite sure that VSS wasn't included (ever) on M-sport.

Sorry to create even more confusion.

Thanks! Really pleased with the car. Was a little bit worried going from a 135i but with this car the ride is smooth and the comfort is great, and the perfomance is pretty good too

If you select a 28i in the Swedish bmw net configurator and select m-sport you can see variable sportssteering in the last line of the window - I just checked :-) Same in Norway. For the 20D it is a payable option.

Tetten: sorry about that. I meant DDC of course. Not VSS which is indeed standard on the i6 versions. Wish I could blame the heat
