SOS vs. AAA/CAA vs. Deluxe TD Auto Club

God forbid one should need help, but in which situation would you guys call Roadside BMW assistance (SOS) vs. AAA (CAA in Canada) vs. Deluxe TD Auto Club (membership through a visa card) vs. 911?

I assume that for some smaller problem, we would call AAA (CAA), but for something more substantial we would press SOS button, correct?

But lets discuss a bit further some possible scenarios:

- Which service do you think would be more likely to repair something right away and who should be the one to help us with run flat tires for example?
- I guess, SOS would help us if there is a trouble not necessarily with the car itself, but us drivers/passengers in the car as well or even people in other cars if they are in trouble?
- The logical thing is to call 911 for robbery, medical assistance situations, but would you call SOS as well just in case of such an emergensy?
- Would auto insurance accept the charges if we used only SOS service without involving police?
