November 2013 Money Factor and Residuals

Does anyone know where I can find out what the MF and residual is for the 2014 X3's without any markup for November 2013?

I am looking to lease this month and want to make sure I am fully educated so I can understand the quotes I receive.

Are there any lease incentives for November if you do not qualify for loyalty cash?

You can google "ridewithg" and see if he has them updated. Otherwise, it's been hard to find these days on the web. I'd call a few dealers, ask them for lease pricing and what MF they are using, and ask directly if they mark it up or not. Some do, and some don't.
