HVAC not working, how to reset?

I am getting my 2011 X3 35i ready to sell, so I took off the LCI HVAC panel I had on it, which was working properly, and replaced it with the original HVAC panel which worked properly when removed. Now the HVAC only blows hot air no matter what setting and only in the footwell. It will turn on and off, and fan speed changes, but nothing else seems to effect the functionality. Please help!

You have the same problem? You removed the LCI controls and reinstalled the pre LCI controls to sell?

I removed the controls because I was installing a MMI CarPlay system. Everything went fine with the installation and works well except the hvac control. I’ve done this to a dozen cars and never had this issue. I’m stumped
