Ista Reset adapdations EGR

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

EGR failed on F25 B47 and replaced it with a genuine BMW one, ran installation via ISTA and it fit together perfectly then I did the Powertrain>Digital diesel electronics>reset adaptions>ABL Reset adaptations and left the car locked for an hour but I am still getting EGR errors.

Am I supposed to turn on the hazards or something?

Also, the adaptation reset I did was ABL Reset adaptation>Exhaust emission system which includes EGR valve(without lower pressure threshold of the EGR system)

Should I have done Air mass system
