Very nice - keep the pictures coming. Been waiting to see a Black X-line - I have ordered the Sapphire Black so I am sure will look similar though.
What size wheels are they and what interior did you choose..? Enjoy |

These are 19" wheel. Automatic upgrade from ordering XLine. I chose the brushed aluminum trim. Will try to upload more pictures once I get off work today.

That is LED fog light and it came with "Premium Enhanced" package in the Canadian market. I did not get the LED lighting package as that was a separate $2000 option which would include the Adaptive LED headlamp.

Sport seat maybe but not the sport tranny. The non-sport auto tranny is pretty good already. The sport seats are better but not a deal breaker in my opinion. If you are talking about the X5's multi contour seats, that's a different story.

On the sport auto, it is noticeably faster and holds on to gears longer (I've driven both versions of the ZF8 extensively). Not to mention, the wheel and floppy paddles are a nice to have (I have major MT withdrawal from my E92 M3). I also like the anthracite headliner, shadow line trim/roof rack and the included, staggered 19"s with performance rubber (not to be confused with the square 19"s with A/S rubber) over the optional 19" staggered set up. I do like the square X-Line wheels and may use them for my winter set up. There's also a part of me that believes that M Performance parts might be released for the F25 X3 and that the M-Sport will be the required platform. So all things considered, dealing with the bumper was the best compromise (for me). |

I tried liking the SQ5 (didn't), considered a Macan (but can't stomach the premium in this class) and looked for an a '13 SAP with the options I wanted (with no success). Fortuitously, I have a detached garage- so I'll almost always be approaching from the rear. The real question is whether or not to stick with Carbon Black (which hides some of the obtuse contours) or go with Glacier Silver (lower-maintenance finish, cooler in the sun, etc.). Any thoughts (sorry OP)? |
