Which steering wheels can I retrofit?

I have a 2016 LCI X3 30d and am looking to upgrade my standard steering wheel to one with paddle shifters. I am aware I may need wiring to make them work, but I can't see whether I can upgrade to a pre-LCI steering wheel with paddle shifters anywhere so wanted to find out if anyone here had done the same change. Please see picture for my current steering wheel. Attached Images
