Wiper blade problem

Hi I have a X3 2011 F25, the rear wiper is loose and can turn 360 degrees.

What's the problem ?

Lift the plastic piece to find where the wiper arm attaches. See if it's loose, or stripped.

Ditto Tracer Bullet. Lift off the cover (#7 in diagram) and make sure the nut (#6 in diagram) is tight:
