Vernasca leather owners, is the final verdict its better than Dakota and wears equally as well? My X4 after 4 years the Dakota beige looks like,new.

There have been some photos of the Fiona Red/Black combination. These are of what BMW calls Tartuffo. The veneer is matte finish "Fine Cove wood"

i wish they had provide us with a black merino like i had on my F31..
the Fiona red / black looks really bad in person, at least in my opinion
had thet switched the red and black combination it would kave looked perfect

Looking for a second opinion on whether the leather on my 2022 X6 is 'mismatched' I ordered the premium 'Merino' leather in black for the vehicle but the passenger side center armrest appears to have an entirely different texture and grain to it! Am I crazy or does this appear to be a different grade of leather? If feels different, nowhere near as soft or smooth as the rest of the car? Could the factory have made an error on this?

I wouldn't be surprised IF eventually BMW's may either have ALL the same "leather" or the choices will be reduced to just 2.......too many SKU numbers to maintain for cost conscience (ie: profit) manufacturers......just a feeling.

In my opinion it looks like non Merino leather incorrectly added in. Merino is flat and smooth.

At a minimum would share your concerns with your Dealer/Svc Center - based on your images certainly seems reasonable to at least inquire.
