Is this a good deal 2011 x3
First time BMW owner to be! Found this site while doing some research and love all the good info on here!
Is this as great a deal as I think??? 2011 x3 (space gray w/ oyster leather) -premium package -sports activity package -technology package -power tailgate -heated front seats & steering wheel -smart phone integration/iPhone 4* -BMW apps 43.275 (includes destination fee) .387 registration .075 doc fee Total= 43,737 MRSP is $47.8 Not sure a good deal given 2012 x3 is available in a few weeks or so?? Thanks for any input! |

Base on MSRP list I would assume a 28i but the price looks like a really good deal to me. There aren't any changes for 2012 so I'd probably take it for that price.

I went through www.truecar.com I kept checking every day (re-entering my build requirements) until the local dealer search gave me a price lower than other dealer quotes I was getting.
www.amexnetwork.zag.com is another site I used to contact dealers with competing prices. I'll make a specific recommendation (dealer name) once deal is sealed and product received as promised. |

I asked because I had a custom x3 that was built for me and came in with the wrong options (dealer error). They let me use that X3 while my next one was being built. It is currently "for sale" as new, but had 2,400 miles on it when I gave it back to them. I'm sure they are going to give someone a good price on it because of the milage. You may just want to double check to see how many miles on it. It may not have many if it hasn't been on their lot long. Always something to use to negotiate the price lower....

Just wanted to leave an update on my experience with truecar.com. I didn't end up using this site for my purchase because (at least for BMW dealerships) these deals typically only apply to "in stock" vehicles. I decided to go with a 2012 custome order. If your flexible on your vehicle build though this may be a good site to use.
