Yes it was an X5 M Sport (might even be and X5M)

They group of youths (aged 13 to 17) broke into Tony's house (which had only recently been repaired and made livable after being inundated in the Brisbane floods of January 2011), took his car keys and stole both of his BMWs.

The police came knocking on his door at 4am after they had been involved in a car chase with one of the cars and found out he had had both of his cars stolen.

All of the youths have been arrested. Three are being held in jail (the 17 year olds) until trial.
Both cars are reportedly write offs due to damage done while driving and from the road spikes they used to eventually stop them.
