Only the ///M is guenine. The x4 and 40i logos doesn't use the traditional front type used by bmw.

Have you seen the M4 logo up close? This is the correct font BMW uses these days

Hi GregD,

My apologize I never noticed that M performance models like m 550d x5 and x6 m 50d did not use the traditionnal front type but a different one similar to M models.

Np, my answer might have been a bit too short. I guess the font for M/M-perf. Models changed when the latest generation launched (M135i, M3/4,..)

Either way, this will be an interesting car!

It's the correct font alright, little odd that there are so many letters tho. On the X6, it just say X6 M and on the 4 it just say M 4. I was expecting X4 M, nothing more.

The X4 M won't be availble this gen, it's scheduled for the Gxx X3 M and X4 M

This is 'just' the M Performance edition, but a great car nevertheless. It better be launched in LBB but the pic strongly hint towards EBII.
