2017 x3 CarPlay activation 3rd party and eBay vs dealership?
Hey all
I just bought a 2017 x3and I am considering CarPlay activation. I can go with the bmw official for $300 which seems kinda steep. I also have seen people on eBay and other places offering it for as low as $40 and all kinds of prices in between. What is the difference? Am I asking for trouble by going the cheap route or am I getting ripped off by going through bmw? Is there a middle of the road option that’s more reliable and less sketchy than random strangers on eBay but not overcharged by the stealership? Is it even worth it? I have ID6 so there’s the question of how much better CarPlay is too. Thanks |
