Put a couple of hundred miles on the clock now and it seems to be stuck on 36mpg. It has done a fair mount of pottering about around town though.

many congrats Washy, you will be busy with the hose every sunday with the sport trim in black. It looks like you live in the sticks so you will need to watch those rims on the rough country road edges we all endure in the UK.

Great quality images btw - fab

Thats going to get better for sure, still good though for a new engine.
PS) I will fit my "winter wheels" when the car arrives; Team Dynamics 1.3 pro-race 10 spoke black with Dunlop winter sport 3D XL Run-Flats 245/45/18.
Will take some pics.

I will post some thoughts once I have had the opportunity to have a good drive. Finding it hard to keep Mrs W out of it currently.

One thing I have noticed is how quiet and smooth it is. Lots of nice torque too.

X3's are the perfect female SUV! They look so small and petite IMO.
I don't mean to be disrespectful but I agree...

Just like 4 dealers have said:

X3= female SUV
X5= male SUV

X6= hybrid/both

Yes sadly the car had to go, but I do still drop by from time to time. Loved the car for the two weeks we had it and as soon as the situation allows I am sure we will get another...
