Anyone got any reimbursement from this settlement? I submitted my documents end of last year - so far no response.

I was just wondering about this today but it seems that no one has got any reimbursement yet. I couldn't find any phone numbers to call to find out. I may call one of the lawyers to find out what's going on.

Emailed the settlement website. They actually responded that my claim was approved for reimbursement, but no information for payment issue date (or amount) available right now.

So I used the email provided by Brave-Heart this morning and just got a reply. The check was just mailed. It was getting to the point that I forgot about it. Thanks again Brave-Heart.

Glad to hear that the check was mailed for you. Guess we just need to wait. I submitted $1500 for the repair cost - not sure how much can be reimbursed.

It came in the mail today. $992.79 was the total and the letter along with it said the max pay out was limited to $1000.

This is the response I got from the settlement email:

Thank you for your email. Your Claim has been preliminarily approved for reimbursement. We currently anticipate finalizing reimbursement amounts within the next 30 days. At this time we do not have a date when the second round of payments will be issued.

So at least it looks promising now that I will get reimbursed. Just a waiting game now.

Never got a letter on this and unfortunately wasn’t on the forum when this was posted. Had a 2011 X3 35i that the pump went out on at 51,000 miles. Cost an arm and a leg to get it replaced at the dealer. Now it’s too late to claim anything. Ugh
