2013 X3 All Valvetronic Failed

My last post was not correct. I had the valvetronic motor, oil nozzle and eccentric shaft replaced. Has anyone else had this problem with their BMW?

So same question, what were the symptoms? I looked online extensively before buying an X3, and this didn't come up at all.

I stopped at a light and it just died. Would not start for about 10 minutes and when it finally did I drove it right to the dealer. They had it for 2 days. I can't find much information on it either. That's why I posted it.

You guys have the petrol variants right? We only have the diesels in the UK. Maybe that's why i can't find nothing on your issue over here
