My x3 jerks at low speed?

My car jerks when upshifting or downshifting at low speed after repairing from a collision in Feb, before the collision, the shift was smooth. I told the problem to the garage which repaired my car, but the technician of the garage said it's OK. I don't know why the shift is so rough now, anyone has the same problem?

Don't let an engineer fob you off. It didn't happen pre accident so no excuse for it to happen post repair
