Question All Weather Floor Liners vs All Weather Floor Mats

I know a few have ordered the AW Floor Mats, but does anyone own the AW Floor Liners? What's the difference?

AW Floor Liners: 8211 2 210 410

AW Floor Mats: 51 47 2164 763

I'm not seeing the the liners for the X3, the only one I see is for the X5. It looks as if the liner is designed to channel water away from the foot area, whereas the mat keeps things in place. Price too.

Are these new? http://www.shopbmwusa.com/ProductDet...FRFtgwodzHc3iQ

They look similar to the weathertech ones, maybe weathertech made these for BMW? I don't recall seeing these listed in the accessories site a couple weeks ago, but maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough and they've been there all along.

Anyone got these or have some close up pics or comments?

The do appear to be new, and agree that they look like the Weathertech mats.

They look just like the ones I have from weathertech. They charge 180 for the combined front and back set, which is less than bmw.I also recall reading that the bmw all weather mats are made by weather tech or the same company that makes theirs.

Tischer now has them on their website. A little less than MSRP too!
