Custom Exhaust

So I have been wanting (waiting really) to put an exhaust on my X3 28i but haven't seen any of the major bmw aftermarket companies coming out with or developing anything for the X3. What I am wondering is if I can get an exhaust for the 328i with and custom install that exhaust. My question is does anyone know if the exhaust is piped the same on both vehicles?

It is different. If you go to realoem.com and look at the diagrams they look different. I same am waiting for an aftermarket alternative.

I am too looking for one. Supposedly Supersprint is coming out with one early next year.
