It's probably oil filter housing gasket & oil cooler gasket. Easy DIY, but dealer will charge an arm & leg for it. Both gaskets are under 10 bux. There are good DIY write-ups on the 3 series forum - DIY subforum. The n/a 3 series have the same engine, so DIY applies closely. There is a coolant hose just below the OFHG that has a plastic nipple and very often it breaks off and crumbles in a million pieces. There is a seller on e-bay that sells that nipple made from aluminum together with the O-ring. Otherwise you need to order the whole hose from stealer. I changed that nipple on my daughte's e38 and my e92 with the N54 engine - same p/n and fit is perfect. When searching for the DIY, search for the aluminum nipple and you will find the e-bay seller as well.
