Auto dimming side view mirrors with power folding is part of premium pkg (in US) and not standard.

Heated side view mirrors are always standard even without a cold weather pkg, it activates automatically based on HVAC temps.

I was planning to replace mirrors of my C3 with euro aspherical. Heated one costs about $80 whereas heated and auto dim costs almost double. My X3 has premium package.

then your's is auto dimming with heated...you should replace with the same type.
