alloys

Update from dealer. my new alloys are now due in Germany on 6th June, then a few days to be delivered to UK, so hope i get a call early next week.

Dealer has approx 70 sets of replacements on order. makes you think how many
more are actually faulty.

Keep updated with any news of date changes,as used to them now

Nyalpine 90. Only response you want from dealer is that he will order you a new set immediatley with no further discussions required, just as mine did, but ufortunatley a long wait but worth it in long run.

Very interesting: Supplier producing both 310:s and 622:s - which make sense.Possibly screw up clear coat process.

Scenario solved

BMW all sales are up. probably reason we can,t get our replacement alloys, as bmw seem only interested in selling new cars, and not give a hoot, to loyal customers once we have paid our hard earned cash on delivery.

BMW world parts distribution center is in Dingolfing Germany by the 7,6,5 Series factory

Wheels are made in batches, so likely one size (front or rear) will reach the distribution center before the other

Nayalpie90. The dealer you bought vehicle from should be sorting problem out for you, and not yourself. Or do BMW not give a s...t once they have got your cash. My two missing alloys that were due in on 25th June which was confirmed in writing are now due into Germany 29th then shipped to UK, not holding breath though

How,s everybody else getting on with complaints with respective dealers mad0259:. And how many new vehicles have been sold with same alloys while we wait for our replacements. BMW just want sales.
