Moonshine whiskey - LED running lights

Tuesday I was down to Germany for my yearly alcohol/wine trip - alcohol is less than half prize in Germany. 1200 km - 15 hours - round trip. 4 am to 7pm.

On my way home - nothing else to do on the Motorway - I started looking at Daytime Running lights, which is mandatory in EU.

The BMW corona rings were not as pronounced as I had imagined - looked more like 4 lights during daytime. Most being Xenon headlights- but corona rings being LED.

I started to look at all cars going the other way - some 500 - mostly businessman early (1-3 years old cars) and later all sorts of vehicles.

My reading is that Volvo, for some reason, is leading the pack:
-Volvo Truck has large, aggressive V, which is very easy to recognise and remember. Volvo Truck is NOT part of Volvo.
-Volvo XC 90 - and I believe also S90 and V90 - I saw none - has "Tors Hammare", which has a strong horisontal and - on the outside - vertical part.
Very strong statement.

Still, I like my corona rings (Xenon lights), but I am afraid only BMW freaks will recognise them out on the road.

I want to see how much booze you packed in your trunk if you had to go so far to get them!

Let's say I was loaded

Part is money - part is freedom! Swedish government has decided all alkohol should be sold in 70cl bottles with 38% - 76 proof. My gin has the original 47,3% and sold in 1 litres bottles.

No comment on corona rings? Am I the only one interested?

We are formally allowed to bring 10L strong spirit and a lot of wine and beer, but in reality, you just claim you are going to have e.g. a poolparty - I have pool - and then you can bring, at least, 20-30L spirit.
