Four Years In

At the four year point nothing mechanically wrong except for moon roof creak starting when temperatures get down to around 40 degrees F.
The advice I would give to all is to get rid of the Run Flat Tires. You will find a much quieter and smoother ride. The only reason I could see in keeping the RFT's is if the driver would not be able to deal with a flat tire situation- that is what AAA and other roadside support cards are for.

So do you carry a Spare or do you solely rely on AAA to tow you and/or repair your flat tire on the road?

I may be pushing my luck here but since the late 80's when I began running Michelins I've never had a flat tire on the road. On three occasions I've found a flat in the garage when leaving the house. When I drove cars with spare tires I changed my own, haven't had a flat with the BMW but I would call AAA. The benefits you will enjoy most of the time with NRF's far outweigh the momentary hassle dealing with flats.
