Being a bit into woodwork, I'm thinking of making a pair of these cup holders out of wood to match the 'Sienna'. Would someone be kind enough to let me know the outer diameter and depth of the standard cup holders please?
Thanks

I went to my dealership awhile back and they quoted the inserts for about $17, the problem however is that they're backordered until Nov. I believe the poker cups are about the same price so it basically comes down to metal vs plastic, 3rd party vs OEM.

I went to my dealer(Canada) and they only offer to sell the smokers' package right now. $170 and I would need to get 2 packages to get the 2 inserts. So for me, the poker cups are much cheaper.

Same here. Took delivery two weeks ago of 2013 28i. No cupholder "inserts".

I have Premium, Nav, Tech. Also have Comfort Access but not the full Convenience Pkg.

Is it only for 35i?

What I don't like is getting back to my desk with a McDonald's drink and then realising I've brought the cup holder with the drink

Took delivery yesterday. Fully loaded 28i. These were not included.

Did get the rear collapsable box and cargo netting though.

Took delivery of my 2013 X3 35i in Greer, SC a couple of weeks ago and they weren't included. The "specialist" there told me that starting in 2013 BMW doesn't include the cup holder insert anymore because they wanted to cut down time spent on the vehicles. I spoke with my local BMW sales rep about it and he finally took them from one of the X3s on the showroom floor and handed them to me earlier today. That was really nice of him. I only had to ask 3 times, lol. Now my car has that added touch.

Took delivery of my X3 a couple of weeks ago. Chrome rimmed cups were included, but I did order the Extended Storage option.
