Ordered my X3 on 3/5/2011 and it didn't move to production on the timeline until 3/31/2011. It is now telling me that my personalized video will be available soon. Can't wait!

The plant has been closed for maintenance this week, so I imagine there's a backlog. Production includes all of the logistics required to get the right parts to the right places at the right times to build your X3. The actual build process takes about 40 hours.
