M-Style steering wheel VS Sport style steering wheel

Is there any difference (except color, M logo and slightly better leather quality) between them?
Does the M-Style steering wheel has thicker rim?

Yes the M-Sport has a thicker rim but other than that plus the things you mentioned I think they are identical.

Here is a link describing some of the differences between the M-style, Sport style, and normal steering wheel.

In addition the differences already mentioned in the thread, if I remember correctly the M steering wheel is all black with the M logo and special stitching. The Sport style is similar but less chunky and has a chrome insert in the center.

Stitching is black, right?
What about 248 (Heating steering wheel), is it possible with M Style?

Affirmative. The M wheel is much thicker, and softer. Your fingers can sink into it a bit more than the sports wheel, and the regular wheel is very thin feeling.

Our crappy dealer dont have F25 with sport or M wheels, to touch them before making an order...

May be other models have the same steering wheels?

Check out any ///M model. It will be very similar.

I have tested Sport wheel on the new 3 series and X6, and M style wheel on the new X3.

M style on X3 was very pleasant to touch, but its rim seemed too thick for my hands, Sport wheel on X6 was very hard, and 3 series Sport wheel seemed a golden mean for me...

But how to find out if the Sport wheel on the new 3 series is equal to the X3's Sport wheel?

It may be market dependent.

Here we get the very thin steering wheel on the 28i and more substantial feeling wheel on the 35i. Then as you've pointed out the M-sport wheel with paddle shifters that is a tad thick (depth wise). We don't get a 'sport' wheel as you've suggested.
