@elementalbella To answer the question about paying the same prices now in about a year. Like with most things its likely people, of course, will be paying less in a year from now.
Hence why I'm waiting another year to save up |

Cost + $800, NO MACO. Similar to Cost + $350 at many dealers, depending on MACO charges.

My car: http://bit.ly/G-X3
MSRP as built: $53,875 My total price: $51,375 + taxes (e.g. $2,500 off) Production is scheduled to complete on Monday, and I hope it will then make its way to California within a couple weeks! Woo! As for the $1,000-off Olympic driving event coupons, is there any way left to get in on that action? It looks like the final event was August 13. Can people who aren't using their voucher transfer it to someone else? |

Dealer in my area has a 2012 X3 35i in stock with msrp of $55375 asked him what is the best he can do he said $50375 which I was pretty surprised. I would have bought it but it had oyster int. which my wife wasn't to thrilled about the color. So I guess now I know how much I can pick up one these X3 for.

What did I pay
Invoice +500 ($52850 msrp - $3500) and: mats, pcd and $500 accessory deal. I get this deal on BMW's as the dealer knows I am good for a new car every other year (cash deals with no trade no shopping). Are you a car Buyer or someone who needs to be sold a car, to a top salesperson which one you are matters and IMO influences the price you pay.

I took delivery of my 2012 X3 on Friday October28th Signed the papers. Decided to lease. Have the same deal as you except for the BMWCCA discount. I get an email from the dealer asking for an additional $1000 since they couldnt find my team usa coupon code in the system. The only thing i could dig up was the email with my confirmation code which is sent to the dealers. I already paid an extra $400 more than the dealer quoted me, they said BMW corporate raised the X3 2012 prices out of nowhere and now after i took delivery they are asking for another $1000. Am I obligated to pay the $1000?

I am not a lawyer but I thought your signed contract was a done deal. You always want to make it a WIN/WIN situation if possible. I am not familiar with your contract but as an option you might negotiate something with the dealer. Maybe they will give you a "special" deal on some accessories.
Another option call BMW USA customer service and let them figure it out. They usually protect me from the dealer being stupid. ( Never tried with BMW...but it worked with Lexus and Audi when I had some issues. ) |
