Removing headrest and armrest

Does anyone have experience removing the headrest completely from the seats. When I press the button I can move it up or down but it has a stop

About the armrest; the leather surface in my vehicle got damaged and needs replacement ; but I am not sure how to do it. Any videos or ideas? Thanks

Rear headrest come out with a little tug (pushing the button of course). Have not tried the fronts to know if they are the same, but highly unlikely due to safety mechanism.

But if you remove the headrest wire, and put the power on, you get a airbag fault.
You need to go to a dealing to reset that one, after you have put the headrest wire on again.

The dealer replaced all the damaged parts (armrest, driver headrest and door rubber coating) under warranty
