Any one using this app? I would like to purchase it to diagnose a pdc issue I have. Can some one confirm it will work to help me?

I use it; can't guarantee it will solve your issue but it seems very comprehensive in its ability to detect fault codes. I've found it a good application.

Does it have the ability to check pdc related codes? Or determine if I have a bad sensor?

I bet it will flag the fault code for parking distance sensor fault; you might look online at the BimmerLink site and see if the author has a posted a listing of the fault codes - but there are a zillion so he may not list the info.

I would give it a go, pretty reasonably priced and you may find other uses in the future.
The apps author is a German guy- it's a good product- no subscription as you buy and own.

You could try having codes read by auto parts store but often they only have scanners that detect and list generic codes/ with Bimmerlink you get BMW-specific codes.
