New to me 2013 X3

Hello,

New to this forum and relatively new BMW owner. I recently bought a 2013 Bmw X3 xdrive 35I with 60K miles on it. It is shows the list of codes below and i am having trouble figuring out if all these are relate to one problem or are they indvivdule problems or if there not problems at all. I wanted to run it by you guys here to see if people have run into this before. If more info is needed i can do my best to provide whatever is needed. I did try and clear them but it didnt seem to help, I was using the MDH F series app when i pulled and cleared the codes if that helps at all

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I think you need a new battery.

Whatever you do, do not take any advice from @Riick

Congrats, check the condition of the battery. So you cleared the codes with the MHD app and those same shadow codes reappeared?

yes, but im starting to doubt that it cleared them, ill check / clear them before i start my drive home and then scan again when i get home to see if anything returns. The one that concerns me most is the low oil pressure but im sure if its was actually a problem i would get a check engine light ? I appreciate the responses, just trying to not kill the car lol

I would remove the oil filter cap and check to make sure the plastic insert is present that goes through the center of the filter. If missing that would cause the oil pressure and VANOS faults. As for the minor fuel leak you most likely need a new NVLD pressure switch and dust filter. You may have an extended warranty on those parts, check with a dealer.
