Automatic Headlights Functioning Weird?
So our 2011 X3 with Adaptive Headlights and Fog Lights, when the lights are set to Automatic, and the left (drivers) turn signal is turned on the fog light on the same side goes on? But when the right turn signal is on that sides fog light does not go on. If the fog lights are not on are they or one suppose to go on when that sides turn signal is engaged?
Thought how its working is very weird. Its going in for service next week for passenger power seat not going fwd/back anymore and was going to mention it then to the dealer. I read the manual on the lights and it did not mention fog light(s) coming on when in Auto Mode when using turn signals. |

The fog lights act as a cornering light, when you turn on your signal light or turn the steering wheel pass a certain angle, that side of the fog light is suppose to turn on. Do you have a blown bulb in the right fog light?

Thanks
Thought the same thing about the bulb, but when I switch the fogs on manually both light up. I am surprised the manual doesnt mention that functionality. |
