There was no installation manual. The cut was very easy. Used a normal hacksaw. Marked the cut with maskingtape, about 6cm from the suspension hook by the rear silencer. The new exhaust is well in the senter. No cut in the bumper needed. See pictures earlier in this thread

Just have to say,
I just arrived at home after a night trip through the dark woods from Hemsedal, and the LED headlights with automatic adaptive high beam are just awesome. It lights up the road and blocks out other traffic and it's never dark in front of the car. No BMW should be ordered without this option! |

I was adviced not to do any after installations, because you will then have to make holes in the roof.
I did not like the rails when I was test driving the car, but now I think it looks better with rails then without. |

Congrats! How are you enjoying it Truls? Mine left production on Saturday, so I'm about 4 weeks away from delivery now! 35d with almost the same specification.

Thanks Truls! I got a quote from my BMW dealership for $580 plus installation.
I might bite the bullet on that. =)

I am very happy with mocca interior. I think it looks great and I like the contrast between the black dashboard and the seats and doorpanels
One thing I'm not pleased with is the plastic finish on the lover parts of the doorpanels. |

We just cama back from our vacation in Germany and Poland. I was a bit worried about the handling of the car on the Autobahn but I was surprised how good and steady it is. Especially after reading the thread about the bad handling in sidewinds. I have the EDC suspension. I think that helps a lot.
Wish I had some more power though. Had to work a bit harder to keep up in the left lane than I'm used to. (Only have the 2.0d) horsepower is very expensive here in Norway. |
