iPhone output only to left speakers

My iPhone will only play via the USB input to the left speakers and center dash. Radio output is fine. Normal? Tone Settings are all balanced and centered. Thank you.

Try another cable...
Check connections...
Try another iPod/iPhone...

I've had this happen occasionally when the connection at the iPod/Phone is not solid. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to ensure a solid fit.
