Rear seatbelts flapping when windows are open

When I have both driver's side windows fully opened and the sunroof fully opened and I'm driving over 50-60mph, the seat belts in the rear seat start flapping around and slapping against the seatback. They are not hooked into their receptacles. Has anyone experienced this? It's super annoying. I think I tried buckling them into their mates and they still do it.

I have the same problem with my trouser legs and lips. I use bike clips on the former and two clothes pegs on the latter. Both work really well for me.

Maybe you guys don't understand what I'm trying to convey....try reading it again. When I'm at speed with the windows open, the rear seatbelts in their unlocked state start slapping against the rear vertical part of the seat. No joke man.

It's why I got rid of my 911 Convertible. When I put the top down my hair got mussed all over the place. Clearly it was a design flaw so I had to sell it after owning it for a month. You would have thought that a company like Porsche would have figured out they had a problem with the design of the Convertible before they began selling it: didn't they test it with the top down with people who had hair? I don't know - I used to think the Germans had it all thought out.

cadman, have you tried adjust one or more of the windows up and down to minimize buffeting?

To be honest I hate the windows down "at speed" because of the wind noise.

To each his own.....it's kinda obvious that if I put up my windows that all will be good. If I have a long way to drive that's what I do. But in my short commute I'd like to have some fresh air. But that's ok. I was just asking. I'm movin' on....
