What kind of TPMS you have for winter set.

Hi guys.
I just purchased a winter set.They installed me a TPMS. But they do not work.
Do you know what kind(frequency) they should be?

Have you tried the TPMS reset? I go through this procedure when I put on my winter tires and again when I change back in the spring. It was the same on my '08 335XI coupe as on my '11 X3 35i.
