2016 x3 xdrive28i - Ticking near wastegate maybe rattle sound

Hello I recently bought this x3 with n20 engine and discovered it has a ticking like noise near wastegate/turbo. It’s constant maybe direct injection or the wastegate flap? . Give me your opinion ? https://youtube.com/shorts/nynbWw9ln...657B1JWsKe4jYd

When mine sounded like that ended up needing to replace the turbo @ a cost of 5k. For me it was worth it because they put in a new motor in when I bought my x3. I had 8k on the new motor. I am in a 2013 2.0
