I posted few questions before I leased mine, 2 months ago.

I took advantage of 3500 BMW lease rebate offer at that time, that got compensated with the really low residual of 53%, but that puts me a good position if want to keep the car which is what my plan is... not sure what the current terms are, but if you post - the guys there will answer.

Very favorable to lease tight now due to model change next year. 63% residual for 10k miles, 60 for 12, 57 for 15
