hi
on sunday i set up a account for the ConnectedDrive.
Last night i got a text from bmw with user name and password.
When i put in on the iphome remote app it says "The security qustions have not been defined yet"
Is there something i have to do somewhere else? i have no idea

log into the bmw assist website first and then you can choose these questions and activate the remote app

Its not clear - I agree but you need to log on to the website (connected drive) and look carefully ( I just checked on my acocunt and cannot find the security questions so they might disappear once complete?) for some personal info and you get asked some more secuirty questions. You must find and complete these before you can use all the functions! The whole UI is poor quality. I also found the document below, a little old but it tells you what the wesbite should but does not.

Thanks all sorted now!
When i was on there this morning the qustions bit was not there! but now they were so all good now checked it locks and unlocks car and all fine.
