Very similar, but two things are obvious:
-BMW did the right thing to avoid black trim
-X4 needs to be lowered- mine is slightly higher than fotovehicle.

X4 comes with that same black trim unless you get the M-sport which is a must..
Totally agree on the ride height. I am seriously considering putting a little drop on the X4. There is just too much wheel gap.

GLE is much more conservative design, softer lines. I'm liking it less and less the more I look at it. The GLA (especially the AMG-ified one) works better.

Agreed. And honestly the next X4 (G02? I'm guessing) should be slightly longer. F26 is an almost perfect but the "aspect ratio" (if you will) doesn't quite work as well as the E71 or F16. Lowering would definitely help. Anybody lowered their F26?

I really like the F26 X-line, the LCI M sport bumper is still weird to me.. but has grown on me a bit.

The problem with the Xline is that black plastic. I think BMW got that one wrong. If you get it in black its not so bad but the black pieces actually make the car look even higher with more wheel gap than when its fully painted.

AC Schnitzer has picture of a lowered X4.
All formal pictures of X4 are of (almost) non-lowered vehicles.
All informal pictures released by BMW Germany have vehicles lowered about 35mm - same as you get with H&R springs )

Obviously we can thank BMW US both for runflats and "command view" vehicles.

Also compare the wheel sizes. The X4 needs bigger wheels.
MB has 285/40-22
X4 has 275/35-20
Quite a difference in both wheels and wheel wells.

BMW makes the black bumper bits pull though in xline and reduces huge gap effect on the arches. I generally hate black bits and was going to paint, but ti works on the X4/X3 in my view

Saw one on the road today. All black and debaged. . Front looks good. Back looks like a volkswagon. Over all proportions look a bit off

Don't like it at all, and the back is plain ugly....

Maybe it is the color combination? But no.... I'll stick with the X4
