All new cars a direct injection. Do any of them come with catch cans? Is your catch can vented?

Good job...
For those new to the "catch can" it will reduce the build up of carbon on the back of the valves and intake runners. I don't know by how much, but it can't hurt and retains the emission system. It's really just extracting the oil out of the crankcase vapors and collecting them in a can that you empty periodically. Just google "BMW walnut blasting" to remove the built up carbon. |
