Im new to the forum. Was wondering what people are getting on leases this month?

My current deal is
2013 X3 Red
Xeons
M package
Premium package
MSRP $47,545

Negotiated price $45,000

$ 750 due at signing $650 a month for 36 months. 12K/ year

Is this a good deal?

Total payment at delivery was a little over $1,000 for the first month payment plus about $400 or so for title and crap.

This X3 has to be the best value BMW offers right now. Great little machine!

OP, regarding the X3 lease value. IMO, you can improve the buy price (of currently $45k). Roughly, there's $3.6k delta between MSRP and invoice. I would aim for $500-600 over invoice. Additionally BMW is offering $1k in Holiday Incentive. This would put the buy level closer to $43.4k.

I wouldn't just look at the lease payment. Rather each number that is used in a lease. This would include knowing the buy price (including available incentives), money factor (i.e. interest rate) and acquisition fee. Most dealers will mark-up the m.f. and acq. numbers.

If you are opting for Xeons, consider the Convenience Pkg. As a standalone option, Xeons are $900. The Convenience Pkg adds Comfort Access, Adaptive light control and shades for another $400.
