Hey all, I need your feedback on which rims I should get for my 2013 X3 28i. I didn't get the sport package since it was available only on the 35i (I'm in Canada) and hence costs significantly more. I want to swap out the 18's and get either the 19" 369m or the 309. I've seen pictures of a non-Sport X3 with 309s and it looks pretty sweet, but I have never seen the 369m's on an non-Sport. What do you guys think would look best?
If I go with the 309s, I believe they are staggered and this will likely compromise ride quality?

Everything is a matter of personal taste.

My first choice is 309. The most beautiful. As proof, they are the ones that BMW uses in their advertising.

My second choice are the 308 (18 "), the ones that I have.

I do not like the other wheels

I like them both, but I slightly prefer the 309's. I wanted the aluminum trim around the windows so that sealed the deal. To get the 309's you have to buy the 35i and Sport Package in the United States (unless you want to buy them separately).

Mine are not staggered and I believe that is standard in the United States. Can't speak for the configurations outside the United States. Also in the United States you have to buy get the 35i and Sport Package to get these wheels.

I vote for the 309's-totally subjective. I also think the black trim on the non M cars makes the X3's body look leaner . If your car is not an M sport I would lean towards the 309s, to keep it more "factory". Again, subjective.

I like them both but the 309s get my vote, particularly as they are staggered. I am biased though....

Somehow I think that if you do not have the M Sport package, the car will look better on 309s. I think the 369 kind of belongs the the M package. Of course it's all down to personal preference.

I have M sport 35d space gray with staggered 369s and for the winter 309s (not staggered).

I've seen black, non M sport with staggered 309s and they looked great - especially with black cars. The 309s are really nice wheels just get them staggered for the summer. For the winter I do not recommend staggered.

personal opinion 309 looks better..

I think 369 looks okay, but for M package 310 looks perfect.. but the price.... =(

well there is a special deal right now for the 310M here locally that makes the difference only a few hundred dollars..the 309's are $2250 for rims only. The 310M look nice but i'm thinking they may look too big with the X line package, they are best for the M i agree

I think the price are still high... have you ask about the TPMS?? Do you need to buy extra set?

I think 309 might be better.... also depends on your color.. if you have a darker color I will definite choose the 309... more elegant.

I agree, and you're right the 369s are actually easy to clean (for now anyway)
All the grime just comes off with a pressure hose - quite surprising.

If I were buying new rims I really like the 20" 310 rims. But between the 369 and 309 rims I prefer the look of the 309 rims
