So I have seen several video fixing LED tail lights on X3s.

My question is, do all F25s have LED tail lights? Mine has halogen on the outside (without and with brakes depressed). And inner are also halogen and only light-up when tail fog light is on.

Is there a possibility, it also has LED strips along with halogens, which have circuit soldering issue as in several videos?

Only cars with Xenon/HID headlights have LED taillights.

So, if you think you have incandescent bulbs on the rear, check if you have halogens on the headlights. If so, yup.

Another tell is that the inner lights (on the hatch) don't light up with halogen.

Thank you - you answered the question. My heads are halogen, so I believe tail are also same. And yes, ones on hatch dont light up (unless fog lamps are on).
So no LEDs - 1 less thing to worry about.
