2014 X3 retrofiting Idrive touch

Has any one updated their NBT idrive to the idrive touch , espcially how to code or the coding sequence. I retrofitted it with all the components but for some reason unable to get it to work.

idrive touch

all you need is the idrive touch controller and touch control module and a harness that connects both components to the cars idrive plug and coding it. Also your nave has to nbt drive
