When my lights are on, my right outside tail light does not illuminate. The brake light uses that same bulb and it works fine. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?

The led part of the rear light has gone, read the following post which explains how to fix the issue yourself:

See above for repair, and the brake light does not use the same bulb. The tail light is an LED and the brake light is a bulb. Very common failure.
