MGE,

Here are a couple links that should help:

http://www.autogeek.net/engine-guide.html
http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/...-cleaning.html

The process description is good. What is most important is covering certain engine components to ensure that degreaser and water don't hit them.

One point however... The AutoGeek company sells most of the products referenced. Their products are good to excellent, but you can get the same or similar products for less money elsewhere. I.e. I'm not necessarily recommending their products.

Regards,

Dan.

my dealer told me to use pw (they actually did so last spring when I complained lots of salts in the engine bay)...just sweep through and don't aim at one spot for a long time.
