Torque values for F25 X3 guibo / flex disc and drive shaft?

I'm having a helluva time finding these. Lots of info on other chassis codes, but I can't find anything for the F25. Probably the same on other models, but I want to be 100% sure.

Does anyone have an F25 torque guide? Or at least the values for:

Transmission to flex disc (M12X1,5X44-ZNS3 into trans flange)
Flex disc to drive shaft (M12X1,5X64-ZNS3 into M12X1,5-10-ZNS3 nut)
CSB to chassis (M8X24-8.8-ZNS3 into mounting point)

55Nm + 90 degrees with new fasteners.
