For those in Canada, Canadian Tire sells the following rear bumper protector which looks identical (from what I can tell) to the zeta one. It sells for $41.99 + tax.

The post you referenced was from June 2012 - whatever it was, it's not on eBay any longer. I just did a quick search on eBay and couldn't find any black rubber rear sill protectors for the X3. There were a couple others though...
